Day 4

I was suppose to go to the gym last night and just do cardio for 30 minutes. There was a change of plans though as I am fostering a dog till I can find the owners or a good home for him. I think i burned some calories trying to wear him out though.

Day 2 and 3

Tuesday was the typical dodgeball night. You really don't know how much of a workout dodgeball is until you play. You move lateral all the time and it kills your legs. Also my arms get a workout by my whipping a dodgeball as fast as I can at a person's head. My bad.

Yesterday, I was at the gym for a total of 2 hours. I did my upper body workout and then spent 40 minutes on the elliptical watching a movie in the cardio theater. Thank god for the cardio theater. Otherwise I would quit after 5 minutes. I have decided I need to only weigh myself once a week instead of every morning to really see if I am making progress.

Tonight is just a cardio day. No lifting. I might do some abs as well. This blog seems boring. But it's pretty much just for me :)

DAY 1

This is the 1st day I am starting this new blog. The man purpose of this blog is to keep me on track for 120 days of change. I need all the motivation I can get to make me keep pace and finally get in shape. Actually the main purpose now that I think about it is not even really about me. It's about my Dad. It seems his motivation comes from my motivation. These 120 days are completely dedicated to him. Day 1 is already down. Spin class. Check. I have 3 months to lose 20 pounds or more.
