Yesterday, I was at the gym for a total of 2 hours. I did my upper body workout and then spent 40 minutes on the elliptical watching a movie in the cardio theater. Thank god for the cardio theater. Otherwise I would quit after 5 minutes. I have decided I need to only weigh myself once a week instead of every morning to really see if I am making progress.
Tonight is just a cardio day. No lifting. I might do some abs as well. This blog seems boring. But it's pretty much just for me :)
