DAY 1

This is the 1st day I am starting this new blog. The man purpose of this blog is to keep me on track for 120 days of change. I need all the motivation I can get to make me keep pace and finally get in shape. Actually the main purpose now that I think about it is not even really about me. It's about my Dad. It seems his motivation comes from my motivation. These 120 days are completely dedicated to him. Day 1 is already down. Spin class. Check. I have 3 months to lose 20 pounds or more.
